Returns & Exchanges

At SEGA Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy. Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
